Chartreuse Swizzle
- 1 1/4 oz green Chartreuse
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 3/4 – 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz falernum
- build in a Collins glass
- add crushed ice
- swizzle until outside of glass frosts

- 2 parts Bombay Sapphire
- 7 Fresh Raspberries, plus 3 for garnish
- 1 part Raspberry Schanpps
- 1/2 part simple syrup
Manhattan
- 2 1/2 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- dash bitters
Martini
- 2 1/2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
- olive
The “Pear” Cocktail
- 1oz Midori
- 1oz Apeach Vodka
- 0.5oz Chambord
- 2.5 oz Pineapple Juice
