This book has some interesting ideas on the relationship between technology and art production during the 1960s. Essentially, Lee sees the avant-garde of this period as a response to the material manifestation of time brought about by the shift from a production economy to one based on reproduction (the information age).
The problem with the book is that it’s poorly written. Worth a mention or a glance, maybe.
